It’s official! Beginning in November, I will be on an 8-month adventure, stepping back into my student roll to finally take my 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training! I am truly SOOO excited for this opportunity to work and learn from my beautiful sister, Cassandra Justine ( as well as several other magical teachers. I’ve been practicing yoga regularly for over 5 years now and have always wanted to drop into a training. It makes me so happy that it is aligning now and can’t wait to open up my practice to so much more. A short update for now, so get ready for all of the updates on my journey. I’ll take all the love and support from you all too! Thank you all for sharing in this growth with me. I am beyond grateful!

As a collective, we can all agree that things have been a bit intense lately.

Straight out of the gates, our 2019 began with a Solar Eclipse bringing us into radical integrity with ourselves and where we invest our energy. For many, this shattered potential timelines that initially appeared to be promising, but later revealed themselves to be out of alignment.  Relationships were tested and each of us were offered the opportunity to speak our truth and come back into our hearts. We left the energy of the Solar Eclipse relieved of all expectations placed upon us either by ourselves or others, transmuting any lingering attachments from 2018 into a Divine Path of sovereign integrity.

With only two weeks to settle into our newly redeemed internal solar light, the Lunar Eclipse swooped in almost unexpectedly with a layered platter of internal emotional processing topped off with the wounding of our external worlds. As a collective, we were each greeted by our inner child knocking on the...

When I think of the abundance I have in my life there are of course a number things that come to mind. My health. My path and all the beautiful places and people I have encountered along the way. My spiritual work. The teachers i have met. And so on. There is truly so much to be grateful for. I could go on and on and on and I can wholly say that I feel so abundant with what my life has offered me even at the age of 27. When I look back on my life and what it has amounted to in this moment,

I am proud of the person I have become.

I am so grateful for every breath, heart break, every sleepless night,  challenge, triumph and journey. I felt the highs of a crowd singing with souls wide open. I have curled into a ball and felt completely alone in emotional release. I have climbed the Archways of God and seen the wonders of nature as I let my voice ring across mountain tops and through starry nights. While I may forever be writing what I want to be when I grow up, my greatest goal is...

It's all sinking in and I'm starting to get SUPER excited about the 11:11 Lightworkers Summit coming up in just 10 DAYS!

Over the past 4 months, I have been in meetings and phone calls every week with each of the coordinators of this event. It has been a huge honor to be holding the vision and creating the container for this event. I would just like to go ahead and express my deepest gratitude for the other women involved in the creation of this process:

Jennifer Crystal Eve, Melissa TigerLily Larson, & Michelle Anderson

You three are magical movers of light and I still am so amazed by each of you and your ability to make things happen! Words can't even BEGIN to describe the gratitude I have for you in my heart. Wopila. Pidama.

I would also like to express my deepest gratitude to Chief Golden Light Eagle (Loren Zephier) for the vision you hold and your ability to bring together so many magical people from all walks of life. Thank you for invoking a remembrance in us all...

I was recently given the opportunity to visit the doTERRA Corporate Offices of doTERRA Essential Oils as a Wellness Advocate in Salt Lake City, Utah. I got my fill of beautiful nature, hot springs, and local communities. I also got to delve into the more business side of being a Wellness Advocate.

Something that I truly appreciated learning while in this facility was the amount of care that goes into the quality of these medicinal oils. Each doTERRA essential oil is tested 4 times for purity and composition. They are the only company to provide CPTG, Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade, quality and have been working locally with farmers all over the world to maintain this integrity.

In addition to supplying the highest quality essential oils dōTERRA is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of farmers, harvesters, and distillers who contribute to dōTERRA’s oil production.

With over 100 essential oils in its product line, doTERRA sources its oils from over 40 countries —more t...

Whether you suffer from the annoyance of your typical headache every so often or know someone who has migraines once a week, it can be understood that headaches are some of the most ambiguously specific ailments one may (or may not) encounter in life.

If that statement left you with a headache, Welcome to the Club!

But really, what is a headache?   Many sources indicate that a headache is simply a pain in your head caused by a number of factors (1), however if you are interested in the specifics of headaches you could be studying for years, as there are over 150 diagnostic headache categories. (2) From a pathological standpoint, there are two categories of headaches: primary and secondary. Primary headaches are not related to any serious condition and generally occur with the stresses of life. Secondary headaches are symptoms of other potentially serious problems.

Within these categories there are the subcategories of tension-type headaches, migraine headaches, cluster headaches, and...
